The penthouse also features a partial 20’ double height space to bring light deeper into the space. Both the bathrooms and kitchen areas utilize large format stone/ tiles to echo with the monolithic and minimalist design concepts of the building.
The alternating outdoor terraces and wooden louvers create a strong visual language for our 257 13th Street project, seamlessly blending modern design with natural elements. The wooden louvers are reminiscent of the red tones of the neighboring brick buildings, adding a layer of warmth, at the same time striking a balance between privacy and light.
