This modern condo project in the heart of Long Island City features 23 high-end apartments, a parking garage for 12 cars and a Zen garden with water features. TWA was responsible for construction documentation, construction administration and interior design. Our scope also included the design of a massive duplex apartment on the top two floors of the building, creating a sun-drenched two-level apartment with unbeatable city views, two outdoor patios and a swimming pool.
